The Rector of BUEM, together with the BUEM Board of Trustees and the BUEM Academic Senate, as well as all employees and students, reject any aggression that may endanger democracy, freedom, and people's lives. Any aggression in Europe will cause suffering and cause a new economic and migration crisis.
We sympathize with all Ukrainian partner universities, students, colleagues who study or work at BUEM and, of course, with all Ukrainian BUEM graduates. BUEM management as well as the BUEM Board of Trustees and the BUEM Academic Senate support all possible ways that can lead to a diplomatic solution using peaceful means.
BUEM is ready to continue to accept foreign students, if necessary, for whom the repression of totalitarian, authoritarian and non-free regimes anywhere in the world makes it difficult or directly impossible for them to study.
