25. augusta 2020
Tuesday 25 August 2020 was special not only for SEMPA pedagogical staff, but especially for eleven Ukrainian students, who successfully defended their final theses and passed state exams from Economics and Management, thus completing their two year master’s studies in academic year 2019/2020.
These are our second graduates of successful project of common study programmes, that are provied by SEMPA in cooperation with IT Association of Slovakia and selected IT companies, where students did their IT practice during their studies in Bratislava. Half of the students were immediately offered a permanent job contract as a sign of satisfaction of IT companies with their competence and attitude to work. Other students received job offers from IT Association of Slovakia in other IT companies in this difficult and crictical time.
The fact, that Ukrainian students have found favourable conditions for studies, IT practice and life at SEMPA, is supported by a number of emails, in which they show their gratitude to teachers and IT companies for an opportunity to study at SEMPA, as well as a chance to learn about life in Slovakia and whole EU.
