ISAG – European Business School
ISAG – European Business School is currently offering an internship position for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join the International Relations Office. The selected intern will support the team in various administrative tasks and in the management of international partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and update of existing cooperation agreements;
- Entry and management of protocols in the Institution academic platform;
- Organization and maintenance of the partnerships database;
- Digitalization and archiving of administrative documents;
- Support in the preparation and formalization of new international agreements;
- Assistance with communication between ISAG and partner institutions.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in International Relations, Management, Administration, Languages, or related fields;
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Location:
ISAG – European Business School, Porto, Portugal
Duration:
Curricular or extracurricular internship (to be defined according to the candidate’s profile and institutional agreements).

WorkSpace Europe je konzorcium 12 slovenských univerzít a vysokých škôl a je prvé a najväčšie konzorcium v oblasti vysokoškolského vzdelávania pre zahraničné pracovné stáže ERASMUS+ na Slovensku akreditované Európskou komisiou.
WorkSpace Europe ponúka študentom a absolventom členských vysokých škôl konzorcia jedinečnú príležitosť absolvovať odbornú pracovnú stáž v zahraničí v rámci EÚ programu ERASMUS+. Uľahčíme vám zapojenie sa do tohto unikátneho programu a urobíme maximum, aby ste aj vy mohli na vlastnej skúsenosti zistiť, že „ERASMUS+ mení životy a otvára obzory.“
Denní i externí študenti Vysokej školy ekonómie a manažmentu verejnej správy v Bratislave majú možnosť zúčastniť sa pracovnej stáže v zahraničí prostredníctvom programu Erasmus+ aj po ukončení štúdia. Kto sa môže prihlásiť?
Študenti posledného ročníka bakalárskeho, magisterského a doktorandského stupňa.
Doba trvania:
min. 2 a max. 12 mesiacov
Počet financovaných mesiacov:
Max 3 mesiace
450 – 590 EUR / mesiac (v závislosti od krajiny)
Počet odpracovaných hodín:
35 – 40 h týždenne
Kedy môžem vycestovať:
po štátniciach (stáž musí byť absolvovaná do 12 mesiacov od ukončenia štúdia)
Aké stáže ponúka program?
-Absolventskú pracovnú stáž môžete absolvovať vo všetkých krajinách EÚ + Macedónsko, Island, Lichtenštajnsko, Nórsko, Turecko
-Stáž musíte absolvovať do jedného roka po ukončení štúdia, ALE prihlásiť sa musíte ešte ako študent
