Target groups
01
Academic teachers
The primary target group consists of academic staff who may be
exposed to chronic stress and professional burnout as a result of
teaching, research, administrative workload and career pressures.
The project promotes resilience, mindfulness, personal development,
a balanced perspective on work and practical activities outside the
professional environment.
02
University decision-makers
The second target group includes university and faculty management,
heads of departments and other people responsible for academic
working conditions.
Project resources are designed to help decision-makers recognise
early warning signs, identify institutional risk factors and
introduce preventive and supportive measures.

universities and partner organisations in implementing and

a guide for university teachers, short online training lessons,
workshop programmes and training materials. Topics include professional
burnout, occupational stress, Stoic attitudes, resilience, hobbies,
