On 9 December 2025, Bratislava University of Economics and Management organized a Christmas Challenge. The event took place in a large lecture room, which for one evening changed into a small Christmas bakery. In the room played Christmas songs, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed with cookies and freshly made Punch to drink.

On 9 December 2025, Bratislava University of Economics and Management had the honour of welcoming H. E. Ian Biggs, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Australia in Vienna accredited to Slovakia. His visit formed part of the university’s ongoing efforts to deepen its international orientation and provide students with first-hand insights from global diplomatic practice. H. E. Ambassador Biggs delivered an engaging lecture to students of the Slovak study programme on the topic “Australia: A snapshot of economics, trade and foreign policy.”

On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, Bratislava University of Economics and Management had the honour of welcoming H.E. Ian Devine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to the Slovak Republic. His visit formed part of the university’s effort to strengthen its academic and international relations and offered students of the English study programme a unique opportunity to meet a high-ranking diplomat.

Last week Bratislava University of Economics and Management hosted delegation of representatives from partner Ningbo University of Finance and Economics from China. Event named „Joint Cooperation Forum“ ended on October 24th, 2025 also with the participation of representatives from Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Slovak Republic. Cooperation forum has become dynamic platform, through which we not only strengthen our relations, but were also looking for new areas for cooperation.
