The aim of the subject is to provide a complex collection of knowledge about the meaning and nature of business and the position of company in market economy, its characters, surrounding of position and aims. At the same time the subject defines the basic typology criteria of companies, their specification and use in practice. Specific area is analysis of the life stage of business and the issue of business association. The subject also deals with transformation process of company and analysis of its practical elements and phases. Corporate production factors are monitored by the assets analysis and human resources and their remuneration. In the subject is also developed company value management tools, such as costs, prices, profit and selected problems of financial management of company.
